Talent pool
- We hold what you type in the sign-up, plus your public LinkedIn profile and any CV or video you add.
- AI scores your fit and drafts our mails. A person makes every decision.
- Only Mosaic sees your profile until you say yes to a role. Then that one company gets a card, link expires in 30 days.
- Deleted 24 months after your last activity, or when you ask.
- Never sold.
Hiring companies
- We hold your name, work email and brief for the search, plus seven years for tax.
- If we mailed you first, we found you on your site, a register or LinkedIn. Say stop and we stop.
Site
- Functional storage only, no tracking, no cookie banner needed.
- Data sits in the EU (Supabase). Vercel, Resend, Google, Apify, Substack, Anthropic and TypeSafe process under standard EU clauses.
Your rights
- Copy, correct, delete, object to the LinkedIn read or AI scoring, or take your data elsewhere: mail hello@mosaicworks.xyz, answer within a month.
